- Tony Zambito has over 20 years of industry experience in research, information, and consulting services. He has served as a member of senior management teams with TRW, Knight-Ridder, and Compaq where he worked with many of today’s leading Fortune 100 companies. Before founding Goal Centric, Tony was Chief Consulting Officer for Alan Cooper’s modern design firm, Cooper Interaction Design, where he was a contributor to the developmental use of personas in interaction design. Tony founded Goal Centric in 2002 to pioneer the use of customer (buyer) personas to solve customer-centric related issues. Today, Tony helps companies develop competencies in persona-based customer insights through Goal Centric, writing, and speaking. Tony holds a BS degree in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing Management.
Angela Quail
Angela Quail has been a corporate innovation consultant and leading researcher for most of her career. She has consulted with such companies as Microsoft, Intel, Abbott Labs, and Harcourt, helping to uncover deep persona-based customer insights. Angela’s industry experience includes software development, medical instruments, publishing, law, transportation, and human resources services. Before joining Goal Centric, Angela was a researcher and designer at Alan Cooper’s modern design firm, Cooper Interaction Design, where she utilized and contributed to the further development of personas in a variety of consulting engagements. Angela has since then pioneered the repurposing of personas from design tools to strategic decision-making tools that build customer-centric organizations. Angela graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Philosophy, and an MA in Modern Thought and Literature.
